Cancellation Policy

 

For cancellation or rescheduling of a reading, please give a 24 hour notice by email or phone. 

A booking that you need to cancel may be refunded only on the same day that it was made.

No refunds will be issues for missed appointments, except for rare situations that include sudden and unforeseen misfortunes.

 

In the reverse situation, in which I must request a rescheduling for any reason, a refund will always be optional for the customer.

 

Astrology Healing Arts, LLC reserves the right to cancel (with refund) or refuse service to anyone for any reason.
