Service Description

This is biofeedback training using advanced technology for muscle relaxation, body awareness, stress and pain management, as well as optimal performance on all levels. Highly intuitive and knowledgeable in alternative medicine, I am here to assist you in reaching your wellness goals. I am a Certified Biofeedback Practitioner and the device being used for the session is called SCIO. Biofeedback tends to work best with at least 2 follow-up sessions after the first one. This helps to ensure that the training it entails has lasting positive effects. I am located in Sedona, Arizona and if you are visiting from out of town, please contact me in advance to make arrangements.
